Previously the World Bank president, Robert Zoellick, mentioned in a press conference in Washington D.C. about the fod crisis issue. As a debater, we ought to know the current events, and this is just one of them. There are many web sites ya may refer to (Mother Jones, BBC, World Bank, Yahoo!
